• When is the RSVP deadline?

• Can I bring a plus one?
  Due to spatial constraints, we can't accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitations.
• I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
  Please get in touch with Jill or Lucas—we'd be happy to help you find a place to stay.
• Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
  Both! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors, in the Beaumont courtyard. There will be plenty of shade and access to an indoor space. The dancing portion of the night will happen indoors, in the Beaumont gallery. Quiet time in the courtyard is 10pm.
• What will the weather be like?
  As this is a mostly-outdoors wedding in August, there is a possibility it will be hot! There will be plenty of shade, mister fans, and cold drinks, but please consider the temperature when choosing your attire.
• What should I wear?
  We encourage you to think COLOUR and MAXIMALISM when choosing your attire—let this be your opportunity to explore your wildest fashion dreams! But ultimately, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, cool, and ready to dance. This gathering is going to be laidback and fun (like us), so feel free to dress accordingly.
• Is there a gifts registry?
  We do not have a registry and do not expect gifts. If you are absolutely dying to give a gift, we are accepting donations to our Greece trip fund. However, please do not feel in any way compelled—your presence is all we care about!
• How do I get there? What about parking?
  Beaumont Studios is centrally located at 316 W 5th Ave, at Alberta St. The venue is a 5 minute walk from the #84 and #99 buses, a 10 minute walk from the #3 and #8 buses, and a 10 minute walk from the Olympic Village skytrain station.
  
  We encourage folks to take transit or Uber, but if you choose to drive, there is paid street parking around the venue. Spots are free after 6pm.
• What time should I arrive?
  Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 3:00pm. Please arrive no later than 3:20pm, as the ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm sharp!
  
  Upon arrival, enter through the courtyard entrance on 5th Ave. (there will be signs to direct you).
• What should we do between the ceremony and dinner?
  There are several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and breweries within walking distance of Beaumont Studios, including 33 Acres, Mount Pleasant Vintage and Provisions, Milano Coffee, and more. The venue is also close to False Creek if you’d like to go for a stroll.
• What's the food situation?
  There will be snacks available during cocktail hour, and The Mad Greek food truck will be providing dinner.
  
  For those sticking it out til the end, we'll be having a late-night snack around 11pm.
• What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?
  Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate!
• Is there an open bar?
  We will provide complimentary wine, and a wider range of drinks will be available for purchase. The Beaumont’s bar accepts cash, credit, and debit.
• Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
  Yes! We would love for you to take photos during the reception. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
